About the Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Raleigh. You'll be the hands behind everything from tradeshow booths and printed datasheets to digital infographics, email graphics, video assets, and presentation templates. You'll work closely with marketers, product managers, and sales, and help shape how Prometheus Group shows up in front of customers across energy, manufacturing, life sciences, and utilities. This is a generalist role for a designer who likes variety, owns their work end-to-end, and cares about craft on every deliverable — whether it's a 20-foot tradeshow wall or a single LinkedIn graphic.

What You'll Do

• Build and adapt marketing assets from existing brand templates — datasheets, slide decks, social graphics, email headers, web banners, event signage, and print collateral
• Resize, reformat, and localize creative across channels and formats while keeping it on brand
• Maintain and clean up shared template libraries, asset folders, and brand files so the team can move quickly
• Take projects from concept to handoff — sketch ideas, present directions, refine based on feedback, and deliver production-ready files
• Partner on campaign visuals, product launches, and event activations including our annual User Conference and industry tradeshows
• Prep production-ready files for vendors and platforms — packaging InDesign files, exporting print PDFs with proper bleeds and color profiles, and optimizing assets for web and email
• Help evolve the Prometheus Group visual identity over time

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
• A portfolio that shows range across print and digital, with clear conceptual thinking, typography, and attention to hierarchy
• Strong fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at minimum
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Basic understanding of print production — bleeds, margins, CMYK vs. RGB, and exporting press-ready files
• Excellent communication and organization; able to juggle multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed
• Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Bonus Points

• Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
• Experience designing for B2B, technical, or industrial audiences
• Familiarity with brand systems and design tokens
• Comfort using AI-assisted design tools as part of your workflow
