Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion & Client Engagement: Use PLACE-provided systems and scripts to convert leads into loyal clients through prompt, professional communication and relationship-building.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth buyer consultations to understand client needs, educate them on the home buying process, and align them with the right properties.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, pricing, and neighborhood data using PLACE's real-time analytics and MLS tools.
  • Property Tours & Negotiation: Guide buyers through home tours, evaluate opportunities, and use PLACE negotiation strategies to help clients secure the best terms.
  • Continuous Training & Growth: Participate in PLACE coaching, training, and accountability systems to continually improve your skills, productivity, and earning potential.
  • Pipeline & Business Development: Manage and grow your business using PLACE's CRM, lead tracking, and follow-up systems to maintain consistent client communication and referrals.
