Job description

Overview
BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a highly experienced HUMINT Desk Officer (Senior) to support strategic HUMINT operations, operational coordination, and intelligence mission management within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience conducting and managing controlled HUMINT operations, supporting intelligence planning and operational synchronization efforts, and providing strategic-level coordination across sensitive mission environments. This position requires a seasoned HUMINT professional capable of integrating operational oversight, intelligence analysis, battle staff coordination, and mission support in high-tempo operational settings.
This key personnel position will directly support enterprise HUMINT activities, cyber HUMINT operations, technical mission coordination, and intelligence cycle management across IC and DoD stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Senior HUMINT Desk Officer supporting strategic HUMINT operations and sensitive intelligence activities across the Intelligence Community and DoD environments.
  • Coordinate, manage, and synchronize HUMINT operational activities supporting strategic mission objectives and operational priorities.
  • Support controlled HUMINT operations, operational deconfliction efforts, and mission coordination across multiple stakeholders and operational elements.
  • Provide strategic-level operational oversight and mission management related to HUMINT and technical intelligence activities.
  • Coordinate with intelligence, operational, cyber, and technical mission partners to support mission integration and operational effectiveness.
  • Support battle staff operations, intelligence briefings, operational updates, and mission synchronization efforts.
  • Produce and deliver executive-level briefings, operational summaries, and mission assessments for senior leadership.
  • Support all phases of the intelligence cycle, including planning, collection, analysis, production, dissemination, and operational feedback.
  • Assist with cyber HUMINT and technical operational support activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), security protocols, and operational policies.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools to support operational reporting, coordination, and mission management.
  • Support additional duties, responsibilities, and mission activities as required.

Qualifications
Required Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination with a No Deception Indicated (NDI) result on a pre-appointment and periodic basis

Education
Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
Required
  • U.S. Government Category 1 HUMINT Certification Course

Military / Government Training Requirements
  • Graduate of a U.S. Government Category 1 HUMINT Certification Course

Experience Requirements
  • 14+ years of full-time experience in HUMINT management or leadership positions
  • 8+ years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years
  • Verified experience supporting cyber HUMINT or technical operations
  • 6+ years of full-time experience supporting intelligence organizations with:
    • Intelligence analysis
    • Operational briefings
    • Battle staff coordination
    • All phases of the intelligence cycle

Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives, including:

    • ICD 704
    • ICD 707
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting strategic HUMINT operations and operational coordination activities
  • Experience supporting cyber HUMINT and technical intelligence operations
  • Strong operational planning, briefing, and mission coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in high-tempo and sensitive operational environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities across IC and DoD organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing operational priorities while maintaining mission effectiveness and compliance
