Overview: Evening Janitor


Heritage Behavioral Health Center is announcing the availability of a part-time janitorial/housekeeping position available at Heritage Behavioral Health Center's Main Street Facility to ensure a clean facility for our guests and staff.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  1. Vacuuming and sweeping of floors
  2. Trash disposal
  3. Kitchen cleanup
  4. Dusting
  5. Restroom cleaning
  6. Restocking of supplies
  7. Cleaning of windows

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Ability to work 25 to 30 hours each week, Monday - Friday, 5pm-8pm daily
  2. The ability to be firm, yet compassionate, is essential in this work environment.
  3. Additional experience working with the mentally ill or substance using populations, using trauma informed methodologies, is highly recommended.

Education and Experience:

  1. A minimum high school diploma/equivalency documentation is required for all Heritage positions.
  2. Applicants with prior commercial cleaning experience are encouraged to apply.
  3. A valid drivers' license, reliable means of transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are highly recommended in this position.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience
