This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of physicians—including Dr. Luis F. Escobar—and APPs
• Call structure: N/A (No call requirements)
• Practice setting: Inpatient / Outpatient mix (10 office patients/day, 6 hospital patients/day with no daily rounds)
• Access to Athena EMR, 7 exam rooms, and an experienced multidisciplinary genetics and neurodevelopmental clinical team
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Conduct outpatient evaluations and inpatient pediatric genetics consultations, managing diagnostic assessments and specialized treatment plans for patients with genetic and neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Collaborate closely with clinical genetics physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, family-centered patient care and continuity of treatment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
