What Youll be Doing

Are you a sports fanatic with a knack for helping others? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Turn your love for sports into a winning career by supporting customers from a vibrant fantasy sports community. Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers talking sports
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers of ESPN

What You Bring to the Role

  • 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, sports or recreational activies or similar fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills developed through service industry experience
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • An unwavering love for sports whether it's playing, watching, or coaching, you know every match, play, and highlight
  • Ability to engage professionally and effectively with the fantasy sports community, teammates, and leaders
