Job Summary:
The Data Analyst provides technical, analytical, and administrative support. This role supports the Programs Supervisor by managing datasets, maintaining records, assisting with documentation and reporting, and contributing to programmatic operations. The analyst ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Analysis
  • Develop, prepare, and validate datasets for use in SharePoint and program systems Perform data quality control checks and ensure accuracy of program data
  • Extract and compile data to support program tracking, reporting, and evaluations Records Management
  • Maintain records tracking systems and spreadsheets to monitor compliance
  • Coordinate with records management teams to resolve documentation issues
  • Ensure adherence to federal records retention policies and procedures Program & Operational Support
  • Track application reviews, assignments, and staff workloads
  • Support scheduling and documentation of field site visits and reporting forms
  • Maintain logs of assignments, deliverables, and project milestones Documentation & Reporting
  • Draft, format, and maintain programmatic documents, reports, and SOPs
  • Develop presentations, charts, and graphics using MS Office or Google Suite
  • Produce bi-weekly status reports and support leadership briefings Coordination & Communication
  • Take notes during meetings and publish structured summaries
  • Serve as a liaison between program staff and records management teams
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion across stakeholders

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a Related discipline
  • Public Trust 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Demonstrated ability to:
