The Illinois Department of Corrections and the Office of Adult Education and Vocational Services is looking for a professional educator that possesses a valid Professional Education License. The OAEVS educator will provide Adult Basic Education and Adult Secondary Education services to adult individuals. The chosen candidate will assess the learning needs of the student, plan and implement instructional actives, evaluate student success while promoting a positive learning environment. The mission is to engage, educate and impower the adult education student. All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.
