Job description

Perfect Communications, a full-service commercial printing company, located in Moorestown, NJ is looking for a full-time Digital Press Operator for our second shift.


As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for learning and operating various digital production output devices. The ideal candidate for this position will be willing and able to perform multiple functions and be able to work independently in a print manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain entrance to the graphic arts industry and advance their career. We offer a full benefits package for full-time positions.


  • Operate digital printing equipment.
  • Set up and configure printing machines to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality.
  • Load and unload paper and other printing materials.
  • Monitor print jobs to ensure they are running smoothly and adjust as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on digital presses to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with the design and prepress team to ensure files are print-ready.
  • Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with bindery production during periods of peak volume.
  • Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Previous experience in the print industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment and associated software.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to meet production deadlines
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and bend and lift paper and plate loads.
