Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing positive rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a trustworthy therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions to review client progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history, challenges, and goals as a foundation for effective treatment.
  • Participate in regular individual supervision and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge, receiving constructive feedback aimed at improving client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care, addressing the multifaceted needs of clients.
  • Foster a growth mindset by actively seeking out professional development opportunities and staying current with mental health trends and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current unrestricted and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software tools, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and Pimsy, for efficient case management and documentation.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong therapeutic alliance.
