Living Innovations’ Community Supports Program is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic DSP Team Lead to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently within their communities.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
  • Oversee the development and implementation service plans
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of program participants
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Assist with planning and leading of individual and group activities

Qualifications:
