Infant Development Program Job Summary:
The IDP Specialist will initiate the curriculum interventions and as specified through the assessment and subsequent IFSP and as directed and coordinated by the Program Coordinator. This individual will be the direct service provider working with the client and the parents within the home environment to implement the program and monitor client progress.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
Providers must possess a minimum of a bachelorโ€™s degree in early childhood development, education, or related field OR Equivalent professional experience. One year of professional experience in early intervention may be considered equivalent to one year of secondary education, with four years considered equivalent to a bachelorโ€™s degree.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
โ€ขCurrent, valid, California driver's license.
โ€ขCurrent CPR certification or the ability to obtain.
โ€ขCurrent First Aid certification or the ability to obtain.
โ€ขAbility to successfully pass the Company driver training requirement.
