Serenity is hiringย Customer Experience Coachesย to guide individuals through structured sessions designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make progress toward personal goals.ย 

This role is ideal for people with backgrounds inย customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or caregivingย who enjoy connecting with others and creating supportive, encouraging environments.ย 

ย No specialized industry experienceย required.ย We provideย full paidย trainingย so you feel confident in the role.ย 

About the Roleย 

As aย Customer Experience Coach,ย you'llย work directly with individuals throughout their scheduled sessions, helping them stay engaged and supported whileย participatingย in a structured program.ย 

You'llย serve as a consistent and positive presence while ensuring each person's experience is welcoming, organized, and encouraging.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessionsย 
  • Operate andย monitorย specialized program tools and technology (training provided)ย 
  • Encourage participants through positive practices such as journaling,ย goal-setting, and mindfulness exercisesย 
  • Maintainย accurateย session notes and share updates with team membersย 
  • Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectfulย 
  • Follow established processes and standards toย maintainย a consistent experienceย 

Requirementsย 

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industryย 
  • CHarย and professional verbal and written communication skillsย 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathyย 
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to feedbackย 
  • Authorized to work in the United Statesย 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningย 

Nice-to-Havesย
