We are looking for an ambitious and experienced graphic designer with printing experience to work in our business center. If you have printing industry experience and a desire to help customers grow their business, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our client first staff today.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
  • Produce consistent, high-quality professional designs from concept to completion
  • Plan, analyze and create visual solutions...offset or digital pieces
  • Edit and manipulate photos & design elements
  • Preflight files for production
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting customer proof for approval
  • Prepares/plans work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
  • Advanced background using Adobe CS5 or newer
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type and style and related aesthetic concepts
  • Completes assigned projects in a timely manner
  • Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic industry
  • Additional customer service duties may be added to job duties

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in the printing industry (mandatory)
  • Candidate must have 2+ years of professional design experience (mandatory)
  • Macintosh and PC Proficient(mandatory)
  • Candidate must have 2+ years of experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Publisher, Microsoft Office(mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner
  • Strong understanding of current design trends
  • Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, results-driven individual
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Production experience a plus
  • Energetic and positive "can do" attitude
  • High School diploma or GED required, college education in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
