Clinical & Peer Support Programs


Rise Recovery is seeking motivated and compassionate students for practicum and internship placements within our recovery-oriented programs serving youth, young adults, and families impacted by substance use and behavioral health challenges.


Our internships provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment under qualified supervision. Placements are designed to support academic requirements while developing professional competencies in behavioral health and recovery services.


Clinical Internship

For graduate-level students pursuing degrees in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health fields.


Opportunities may include:

  • Observing and co-facilitating group sessions
  • Participating in intake and assessment processes
  • Assisting with treatment planning and case coordination
  • Completing clinical documentation under supervision
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
