  • Support workflow planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient calls and inquiries
  • Assist in staff training, performance recognition, and operational improvements
  • Contribute to pharmacy flow by assisting in data entry, insurance resolution, or production as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed pharmacist, in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing pharmacist
  • Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred for pace of work
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, insurance claims, and prescription processing
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexibility and reliability—able to respond to scheduling needs with short notice when possible
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with unwavering focus on accuracy and patient safety
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different pharmacy locations and workflows
  • Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed
