Instructor Career & Growth Path

At Showcase Dance Studio, we offer a clear Instructor Career & Growth Path designed to support dedicated educators with transparency, structure, and long-term opportunity. Starting pay is determined using our structured framework, which considers verifiable teaching experience, training, and alignment with current studio needs. Advancement and rate increases are earned through consistency, teaching impact, and ongoing contribution.


We’re Looking for Someone Who

Teaching Seasons

  • Fall: September–early June (culminates in our annual recital)
  • Summer: Monthly 3-day workshops (June–August)
