Job description

Mountain Park Health Center is looking for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our well established and accredited team of providers. As a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Arizona, we are dedicated to sustaining and improving health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care.
In this role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will coordinate with primary medical and behavioral health teams to ensure delivery of comprehensive care to patients. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be working as an integrated team member in one of our primary care clinics. LPCs assess patients, create and coordinate treatment plans, and oversee the ongoing treatment of assigned patients. LPC's also have the opportunity to provide traditional counseling/therapy to the pediatrics and adolescent population.
