What is a professional counsellor?

Professional Counsellors are trained mental health professionals who help individuals, couples, or groups address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. They provide a safe, confidential space to discuss problems, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth. Counsellors may specialize in areas such as mental health, addiction, family, or career guidance, and typically hold relevant qualifications and licensing. Their goal is to support clients in improving their well-being and achieving their life goals.
