Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle walk around inspections with customers upon arrival.

  • Accurately document customer concerns on the Repair Order (RO) to provide technicians with a clear story for diagnosis.

  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to build accurate repair estimates.

  • Keep customers consistently updated on their vehicle status, repair estimates, and timelines via phone, text, or email.

  • Review Multi Point Inspections (MPI) with customers and confidently recommend preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

  • Ensure the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold to service customers.

  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

  • Take ownership of the customer experience from write up to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

  • Previous European automotive service experience is a major plus

  • Experience with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack and service scheduling software like Xtime is highly preferred

  • Open availability, always off Sundays, rotate Saturdays (day off during the week when working Saturdays)

  • Organized and friendly personality

  • Time management skills

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

  • Professional, well groomed personal appearance

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in the service drive

  • Consistent record of service and sales success

  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

  • Team oriented and self motivated

  • Able to work with little supervision

  • Clean driving record and valid driver license
