Job Description Job Description Adney Tree Service is seeking experienced Tree Climbers to join our production team. This role is for a climber who can safely and efficiently perform removals and pruning while working closely with ground crew to complete jobs as scoped. This is a career position for a professional climber who takes pride in quality work, safety, and being a reliable leader on the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities Climbing & Aerial Operations Perform tree climbing for removals, pruning, and technical rigging Execute safe and efficient aerial cutting techniques Set and manage rigging systems appropriate for each job Jobsite Leadership & Communication Communicate clearly with ground crew to maintain job flow and safety Help direct ground operations during climbs Lead by example with professionalism, work ethic, and safety standards Equipment & Safety Safely operate chainsaws and climbing equipment aloft Inspect and properly use climbing gear, ropes, and rigging equipment Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices Hands-On Support Assist with ground work when not climbing Support efficient job completion and clean-up Required Experience & Qualifications Tree Climbing Experience (Required) Proven experience as a professional tree climber Strong skills in climbing, rigging, and aerial cutting Comfortable working in a variety of tree species and job conditions Safety & Professionalism Safety-first mindset with consistent situational awareness Ability to take direction and also lead when appropriate Transportation & Driving Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must qualify to drive company trucks Reliable personal transportation to and from the yard required Physical & Job Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work at height Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Prepared with appropriate work clothing, food, and water for full workdays Commitment Not seeking seasonal or short-term employment Looking for a long-term career with growth potential What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance PPE provided by the company Year-end and performance-based bonuses Opportunity to grow into lead climber or crew leadership roles Stable, full-time work with a growing company
