Dreamclean123 is a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company serving Southern Vermont and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to support residential and commercial cleaning assignments throughout the Manchester, VT area.

We provide training, support, and opportunities for increased responsibilities and work availability based on performance, reliability, assignment needs, and business demand.

WORK LOCATION

Assignments are currently available throughout:

• Manchester, VT

Additional assignments may be available in nearby Southern Vermont communities based on client needs and operational requirements.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Part-Time Cleaning Assignments (Currently Hiring)

• Approximately 3 evenings per week
• Approximately 3 hours per shift

School-Year Cleaning Assignments

• Approximately 4–5 evenings per week
• Start date based on assignment availability and business needs

Vacation Relief / Coverage Assignments

• Flexible evening assignments as needed
• Typical start times between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM

Expanded-Hours Cleaning Opportunities

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week may be available depending on assignment volume and operational needs
• Potential year-round opportunities may be available

SCHEDULE & HOURS

• Evening-focused assignments are most common
• Typical start times range between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM
• Weekly hours vary based on assignment availability, client demand, and business needs
• Additional hours may become available during peak seasons, special projects, deep-cleaning services, and coverage periods

IMMEDIATE NEED

We are actively seeking individuals who are available to start soon.

Current assignment availability may provide approximately 30 hours per week to start, with additional work opportunities potentially available during seasonal cleaning periods and periods of increased client demand.

Assignment volume and scheduling may vary based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Perform residential and small commercial cleaning services according to company standards and assignment requirements
• Follow cleaning checklists, procedures, and quality standards
• Safely use cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards as appropriate
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Represent Dreamclean123 professionally at client locations
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

TRANSPORTATION

• Reliable transportation is required for travel to assigned work locations
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment responsibilities
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for eligible work-related travel in accordance with company policies
• Transportation assistance, if available, is determined based on operational needs and is not guaranteed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks throughout a work period
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to approximately 30 pounds
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions during scheduled assignments

TRAINING & SAFETY

• Training and onboarding support provided as applicable to assignments
• Training may include workplace safety procedures, chemical handling, PPE use, equipment operation, and quality standards
• Ongoing support and development opportunities may be available

COMPENSATION

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, reliability, assignment requirements, and applicable work arrangement
• Paid training may be provided where applicable
• Mileage reimbursement may be available for eligible travel
• Opportunities for increased work availability and responsibilities based on performance and business needs

Compensation decisions are based on job-related factors including experience, qualifications, skills, training, reliability, assignment requirements, and business needs.
