Senior Project Manager – Professional Civil Engineer (Land Development)
Location: Orlando, Florida

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Professional Civil Engineer with a proven background in land development for commercial and municipal projects. This role requires a dynamic civil engineer who can not only manage and deliver complex projects but also actively engage in business development to grow client relationships and expand our market presence in the Orlando area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept through construction for commercial and municipal clients.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support strategic growth initiatives in Central Florida.
  • Oversee and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate across disciplines within KEITH to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as permitting and zoning requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.
  • Proven success managing commercial and municipal projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client development and relationship-building skills.
