About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen. As a Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and families in our community. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one care and support to children in their homes, schools, or other settings

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child

  • Engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as feeding, reading, and playing

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of care and observations

Requirements:

  • Part-Time schedule with flexible hours
