Responsibilities
• Perform in the mascot suit for up to 30 minutes at a time while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
• Stand and remain physically active for periods longer than 45 minutes.
• Engage with fans, students, alumni, and guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Participate in high-energy activities such as walking, dancing, and light athletic movements.
• Maintain costume cleanliness and ensure proper care and storage.
• Uphold the character of the mascot at all times, without breaking role.
• Attend and participate in athletic games, campus events, and community functions.
• Follow event schedules and coordinate with handlers or event staff for appearances.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a current Flagler College student.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding activities in a full-body costume.
  • Able to stand and be active for extended periods.
  • Evening and weekend availability.

Characteristics Preferred
  • Positive, energetic personality with strong school spirit.
