About the Role

As an Autonomous Vehicle Cleaner, you will be responsible for supporting routine vehicle readiness in a 24/7/365 operations environment. You will be tasked with ensuring vehicles are ready for the day’s mission in accordance with internal and partner standards.

What you’ll be doing
  • Uphold cleanliness standards by performing full exterior and interior vehicle cleaning.

  • Track cleaning needs and completion via forms and team communication platforms.

  • Empower effective communication by routinely monitoring and contributing to team communication platforms (like Google Chat).

  • Prepare fleets by plugging in and unplugging electric vehicles from chargers in a timely manner.

  • Learn and utilize proprietary technological systems to identify vehicle states and routine needs.

  • Clean biohazards from vehicles.

  • Prepare sanitization kits and disinfect cars and work stations.

  • Maintain Moove AV’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle.

  • Maneuver cars in parking lots whilst maintaining mandated safety standards.

  • Assist with simple vehicle adjustments and settings while cars are parked.

  • Responsible for empowering shift efficiency.

What you will need for this position
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

  • Driving & Background: Employment is contingent upon possession of a valid driver’s license, which must be maintained at all times during employment

  • Tech Savvy: Experience with evolving modern technology systems and proficiency in navigating digital communication platforms for operational efficiency.

  • Adaptability: Capability to respond quickly to changing and potentially fast paced environments.

  • Work Ethic: Exemplary time and schedule management and a commitment to continuous development.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

  • Capable of performing repetitive motions, including scrubbing, wiping, and polishing.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Sufficient hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate detailing tools and equipment.

  • Physical stamina to complete thorough vehicle cleanings efficiently without loss of quality.
