About the Opportunity

Wheatfield Dental is seeking a caring, patientfocused Associate Dentist to join a longstanding, communityoriented practice in Morinville. With a history spanning almost 30 years and patients who represent multiple generations, this practice is deeply rooted in trust, quality care, and genuine relationships.

The clinic is growing and preparing for the future. This is a proactive growth role with the potential to expand from parttime to fulltime as demand and coverage needs increase.

The ideal candidate is someone who values longterm relationships, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and is committed to highquality dentistry rather than highvolume production.

Initial Schedule: 3 days with potential to expand schedule

  • Monday
  • Thursday (evening)
  • Friday

Expansion Options:

  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Potential to add Saturdays, if desired

This schedule offers the flexibility to grow hours over time depending on the associate's preference and patient demand.

Mentorship is provided by:

  • Partner dentist Dr. Romanowski
  • Senior dentists Dr. Dave Yuen and Dr. Ahmad Al-Ashi
  • Ability to shadow at network practices, if needed

    About You:

    • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

    • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

    • Valid CPR certification
