Job Description Our client a dynamic leader in the North American energy services sector is seeking a Billings professional to join their growing team. Our client organization operates a highly sophisticated logistical and service network across North America and provides exceptional career opportunities for their valued employees. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organized Billings professional to join their fast-paced team.

In this position, you will contribute directly to an efficient financial accounting operation by compiling, reviewing, and delivering timely and accurate data related to revenue, inventory tracking, and job profitability. This role requires an agile professional who thrives within the rapid pace of a public company environment, while applying project coordination skills to this unique billing opportunity. Duties will include but not be limited to; Generate high-quality, precise invoices complete with all required corresponding supporting documentation.

Download operational job tickets from field tracking systems and accurately upload them into the central ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics AX). Review and process well files received from the field upon job completion and at month-end to support the revenue accrual process. Reconcile open sales orders against completed field work and product deliveries.

Ensure all additional billable services are identified, quantified, and accurately added to final client billings. Track and audit inventory movements between various regional warehouses and active field locations. Reconcile product deliveries, inter-warehouse transfers, and field returns against system records.

Assist with the reconciliation of physical warehouse inventory counts against ledger balances. Interact actively with sales, operations, field technicians, and warehouse personnel to efficiently resolve billing discrepancies and data gaps. Provide dedicated back-up support for other members of the Billings team during peak periods.

Contribute to targeted initiatives related to complex invoicing, aging collections analysis, and dedicated customer account support. Qualifications Direct experience working within a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and integrated warehouse management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data manipulation and reconciliation.

Proven ability to manage tight timelines and maintain a high volume of output in a demanding, fast-paced logistics environment. Exceptional attention to detail, robust time-management capabilities, and superior organizational skills. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse corporate hierarchy, from field operations to executive leadership.
