Job description

Active Visions Inc. strongly believes in giving their individuals the right to have an amazing home and community life. We pride ourselves in ensuring the needs of our individuals are met and that we find the very best team members to help us achieve that life for them.

Active Visions Inc. has been serving clients since 1994, and continues to grow. We have CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes through the northern portion of the city of Chicago as well as some north suburbs. We have small home settings, which allows our team members to focus speicifc attention on each client during their shift. We have flexible scheduling, with reguarily sheduled weekly shifts and are looking for weekend and overnight hours to be filled. We also serve home-based families through the Chicago area that are looking for individual support for their individuals
