NOW HIRING: Production Manager | Greater New Haven, MI

We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturer in the Greater New Haven, MI area that is looking to add an experienced Production Manager to their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong lean manufacturing background who can drive continuous improvement and lead a team of direct report supervisors across multiple departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

โ–ธ Lead and develop supervisors and production employees across multiple departments

โ–ธ Manage and optimize department performance including quality, process improvements, and lean manufacturing initiatives

โ–ธ Develop, implement, and enforce process control

โ–ธ Oversee training and development of production staff

โ–ธ Compile and generate production related reports



Requirements

โ–ธ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

โ–ธ Strong lean manufacturing background required

โ–ธ Industrial engineering background a plus

โ–ธ Degree preferred but not required

โ–ธ Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to teach and generate results
