Textile Production Associate

Spring Lake, MI, 1st Shift, $15.00 per hour

Workbox Staffing is hiring Textile Production Associates for a cordage manufacturing company in Spring Lake! In this role, you will work with textile braiding machines and assist in various manufacturing positions throughout the facility. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term employment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor textile braiding machines
  • Maintain production pace throughout the shift
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Lift and move materials weighing 45–60 pounds on a regular basis
  • Work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Assist in various manufacturing and production processes as needed
  • Support production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
  • Previous machine operating experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 45–60 pounds regularly throughout the shift
