Production Supervisor – Refrigeration Department

Opportunity Summary

The Production Supervisor leads the daily operations of assigned manufacturing departments to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives while coaching employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture.

Production Leadership

  • Supervise daily production activities.
