Description du poste

Nous recherchons un formateur en production competent et motive pour rejoindre notre equipe a Ain Sebaa, au Maroc. En tant que formateur en production, vous jouerez un role crucial dans l'amelioration des competences et de l'efficacite de notre personnel de production, en garantissant une production de haute qualite et en maintenant des normes de securite.

  • Elaborer et mettre en uvre des programmes de formation complets pour le personnel de production
  • Organiser des sessions de formation regulieres sur les processus de production, le fonctionnement des equipements et les procedures de securite.
  • Evaluer les performances des employes et identifier les domaines a ameliorer
  • Creer et mettre a jour le materiel de formation, y compris les manuels, les presentations et les modules d'apprentissage en ligne.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables de la production pour aligner les initiatives de formation sur les objectifs de l'organisation.
  • Surveiller et analyser les parametres de production afin d'identifier les besoins en formation et de mesurer l'efficacite des programmes.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de controle de la qualite et des reglementations en matiere de sante et de securite au travail.
  • Encadrer les nouveaux employes et fournir un soutien continu au personnel en place.
  • Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie et des technologies emergentes dans le domaine de la fabrication.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amelioration continue au sein du service de production.
Qualifications
  • Vous etes titulaire d'une licence en ingenierie industrielle, en fabrication ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Experience confirmee en tant que formateur en production ou dans un role similaire dans un environnement de production.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus de production, des methodologies et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Solide comprehension des normes de controle de la qualite et des reglementations en matiere de sante et de securite au travail.
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de communication et de presentation, avec la capacite d'impliquer et de motiver des groupes divers.
  • Competences en matiere d'elaboration et de mise en uvre de programmes de formation efficaces
  • Solides capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes
  • Experience des techniques d'evaluation et d'amelioration des performances
  • Maitrise des logiciels et outils de production pertinents
  • Capacite a travailler en collaboration dans un environnement axe sur le travail d'equipe
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de gestion du temps et d'organisation
  • Certifications pertinentes dans le domaine de la gestion de la production ou de la formation (de preference)
  • Maitrise de l'anglais ; la connaissance du francais et/ou de l'arabe est un atout.
