Production workers play a vital role in ensuring that products are made efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. The work environment can vary from factories to warehouses, and hours may include shifts or overtime depending on demand.

What does a typical day look like for someone working in a production role?

Flexibility and attention to detail are key, as priorities can shift quickly in response to production demands. Adherence to safety standards and efficient communication are essential throughout every shift.

If that sounds like you and you're a hardworking team player, we'd love to have you on our Production team!

You will receive hands-on training and be expected to follow established processes, safety requirements, and quality standards while working toward daily performance goals.

What your day may look like:

Depending on seasonal workload and business needs, team members may be cross trained in other Production areas or temporarily assigned to work in our Distribution Center. This could occur shortly after your start date or later in your employment, and assignments in another department may last for an extended period of time.

Training will be provided when moving into a new area or department. While working in another department, you will be expected to follow that department's procedures, safety requirements, productivity goals, quality standards, and performance expectations.
