 Our Warehouse Production associates are instrumental in delivering quality service to our customers. You’ll receive thorough training in our manufacturing production process, which requires a focus on accuracy and detail. We maintain a family dynamic at The Pond Guy & Airmax that extends to the customer as we strive to provide them with the highest quality products and services possible.  

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include. 

  • Complete daily production and assembly goals while keeping quality standards as a top priority 
  • Inventory management by accurately recording all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 
  • Operate equipment safely and productively, following all safety guidelines and compliance practices 
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment 
  • Cross-train and assist in Shipping and Receiving 

Skill Set 

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge and skills: 

  • Production and assembly operator experiences are a plus 
  • Organized and detail-oriented  
  • Beginner to Intermediate-level computer proficiency  
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures methodically 
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus 

This position requires manual dexterity for working with small components, the ability to complete repetitive motions for long periods, bending, continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 – 50 lb, handling packages up to 150 lb, and standing/stooping for long periods.

Availability 

The typical schedule is 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Overtime opportunities on Fridays or Saturdays may be available.
