Job Summary

Join our team as a Production Welder, where your skills will contribute directly to the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality metal products. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure efficient and precise welding operations, supporting the overall production process.

Primary Duties
  • Perform welding tasks on a variety of metal components according to product specifications and blueprints, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and arc welding machines with proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Inspect welds for defects and perform necessary corrections to maintain the integrity and durability of finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while working.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with welding techniques and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in welding within a production or manufacturing environment is highly valued.
  • Strong competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Proficient in operating various welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability for quality and deadlines.
