Job description

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn new skills, we encourage you to apply!
Regular work schedule is from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Overtime may be required, including weekends
Position Summary
Production Workers are responsible for operating tools and equipment and assisting in the assembly of aluminum windows and doors, including storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various production tasks within assigned department
  • Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs
  • Support team goals and company mission
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
