Rosboro is currently looking for good people to fill our open Trainee level manufacturing positions.

Headquartered in Springfield, Oregon, the company produces a wide variety of solid and engineered wood products at five facilities in the Willamette Valley. It could be as a critical machine operator in any of our five fast paced production facilities, or maybe you want to dive into the maintenance world through our apprenticeship programs for Millwrights and Electricians. As we grow, we also need new leadership as manufacturing leads and supervisors. Our Trainee duties could include:
