We are growing and are looking for Production Team Members to join our team and grow with us! Our St. Louis Production Team Members start at $17.50/hr, with the average team member increasing their pay by $5.00/hr in just 15 months!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport parts to the staging area for production using equipment such as forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.
  • Load, unload, wash and rack production parts to prepare for heat treatment or metal finishing.
  • Unpack and re-pack finished parts into customer containers for shipment.
  • Operate wheelabrator and dry honing equipment to clean customers' parts.
  • Communicate production problems to a supervisor and/or operator.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work area orderly.
  • Perform repetitive straightening jobs.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.
  • Open availability. Paulo St. Louis is a 24 hour Monday-Friday facility.

License(s)/Certification(s) Required:
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
