Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support professional to join their team. As a Production Support, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Technology Support Team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Support

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the technology platform (Informtica/Datastage).
  • Identifying possible production issues, creating incident tickets, and communicating with development and business teams.
  • Supporting incident, problem management, and release support activities.
  • Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure and testing teams for releases and upgrades.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Informatica/Datastage, Splunk, Dynatrace, and scripting skills in Unix and Windows environments.
  • Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
