WisdomTree is seeking an early-career Product Manager to help shape the future of digital investment products and institutional platforms.

This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience from day one as our institutional platform continues to scale and new offerings, including initiatives through our broker‑dealer, come to market.In this role, you’ll contribute across the product lifecycle, working on UX/UI, APIs, client engagement, and roadmap execution.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to help deliver solutions that support institutional clients and digital investment products, while gaining exposure to tokenized funds and modern financial infrastructure.We’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to solve complex problems in a collaborative environment.

You’ll contribute to meaningful work early in your career, and have opportunities to take on increasing ownership as you grow as a product manager.

This role is open to candidates located in the greater New York metropolitan area or within a commutable distance.

Success in this role would be achieved by:
  • Partner with the Product team to support roadmap priorities for WisdomTree’s institutional distribution platform across B2B, B2B2C, and B2B2B channels.
  • Contribute to UX/UI efforts for institutional‑facing products, working closely with design to help shape intuitive platform experiences.
  • Help define and document API product requirements, coordinating with engineering to support scalable integrations for institutional partners.
  • Sit in on client and partner conversations to learn how institutions use the platform, capture feedback, and help translate it into product requirements.
  • Collaborate across Business Development, Technology, and Product to help define, prioritize, and ship platform features.
  • Write clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Track KPIs and surface data‑driven insights that support product and business decisions.
  • Support QA efforts, build product tests, and help own acceptance criteria to keep releases high quality.
Experience and required skill set:
  • 2+ years of experience in product, fintech, financial services, or an adjacent analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and confidently engage with stakeholders over time.
Supplementary Skills and Desirable Experience
  • Exposure to digital assets, tokenization, or blockchain‑enabled products
  • Experience with B2B or institutional platforms, APIs, or partner integrations
  • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira and Figma, as well as AI tools
  • Any direct experience working with institutional clients.

$90,000 - $120,000 a year

Compensation for this Role:

  • Base salary range of $90,000 through $120,000.**
  • Annual discretionary bonus, payable in cash and/or equity securities consistent with WisdomTree’s policies and procedures, and subject to the terms and conditions of WisdomTree’s equity plan.
  • ** Base rate offered will be based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, skillset and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
