JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Define and communicate ERP roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and mentor ERP analysts and product owners; foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee ERP system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for ERP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT, and external partners to design and deliver solutions.
  • Manage ERP licensing, monitor usage, and optimize costs.
  • Analyze upcoming releases, assess impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Lead release planning, testing, and deployment of updates and new features.
  • Act as liaison between ERP team and stakeholders; represent company in dealer groups.
  • Coordinate training, documentation, and user support for new functionality.
  • Monitor feedback and business outcomes, drive enhancements for efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Maintain automated test libraries and quality assurance processes.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP system management, implementation, and maintenance.
  • D365 experience is a must.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
