Looking for your next opportunity?  Manpower is partnering with several local employers and currently hiring for a variety of positions!
Job Title: Production Operators

Location: Scott County Indiana 

Pay Range:  $15.00 - $18.00 

Shift: Multiple shifts available including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with 12-hour rotating schedules

What's the Job?

  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Assist in assembly and finishing work manufacturing processes
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekends
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand entire shifts 
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
