Salary: Competitive

Picture the start of your off shift: you pull your production team together for a focused stand‑up, align on the day’s highest priorities, and set the tone for safe, high-quality output. As the shift unfolds, you coach Team Leads, rebalance labor to hit delivery goals, resolve bottlenecks, and make confident operational calls with minimal oversight. That’s the rhythm of this role.

Recognized for operational excellence, advanced manufacturing, and continuous improvement, the Santa Clarita facility is seeking an Operations Supervisor to own an off shift and help deliver complex, highly engineered aerospace products.

What you will do
  • Open each shift with a clear production briefing and communicate priorities to the team
  • Oversee labor assignment, track performance, and navigate operational challenges throughout the shift
  • Mentor and coach Team Leads through ongoing guidance and structured one‑to‑ones
  • Safeguard safety and quality while driving manufacturing performance; proactively remove barriers to flow
  • Execute thorough handovers to ensure seamless continuity between shifts
What you bring
  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing within a regulated environment
  • Proven success independently leading production teams and hitting SQD (safety, quality, delivery) targets
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
  • Background in mechanical assembly, hydraulics, actuators, valves, or precision manufacturing
Why this contract

This long-term contract runs through December 2027 and offers genuine responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to guide experienced production teams while contributing to mission-critical aerospace products.

All successful applicants will be contacted within two working days.
