Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Production Operations, is responsible for leading overall warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and workforce management across multiple shifts. This role ensures the site meets operational performance targets and service expectations while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager serves as the key liaison between the distribution center and cross-functional support groups such as Transportation, Inventory, Safety, Finance, and Human Resources. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience, including 3+ years managing leaders or teams
  • Experience in the food, grocery, or consumer goods industry preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a distribution environment
  • Must be able to access all areas of the facility, including cold storage zones if applicable
  • Willingness to work in varied temperature conditions (ambient, refrigerated, frozen) and non-standard shifts when required
