As a Outbound Customer Service Rep at Corporate Tools, your job is to call people who already use our services, check in like a helpful human, and make sure their business isn't running into walls. You'll update info, answer questions, spot problems before they're problems, and yes-occasionally rescue a forgotten payment. No scripts. No shady sales. Just real conversations with real people who actually want your help (wild, right?).

$18.50 / hour

  • Provide information and guidance on product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, or feedback.
  • Collections kind of but not really because we aren't threatening credit scores but ability to collect accounts receivable.
  • Tailor communication style to meet the needs and preferences of different clients.
  • Help support other customer service groups as needed.
