Warehouse Operations Associate: Hudson, Wisconsin
Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Warehouse Operations Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will support both warehouse and production operations by assisting with order fulfillment, production processes, inventory management, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Associate:
  • Work in both the warehouse and production areas to support daily operations.
  • Operate production equipment by lifting clay into machines, weighing, packaging, boxing, and sealing finished products (training provided).
  • Move and stack pallets throughout the day (average pallet weight approximately 45 lbs.).
  • Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment (items weigh approximately 5-55 lbs.).
  • Unload deliveries and organize incoming materials.
  • Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory counts and notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Operate a forklift as needed (experience preferred but not required).
  • Answer phones and assist customers with orders when needed.
  • Clean and sanitize production tables, equipment, and work areas.
  • Sweep floors, remove garbage, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Warehouse Operations Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with the willingness and ability to follow directions and retain detailed information.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and pull up to 60 pounds.
  • Must maintain a neat and clean appearance daily (T-shirt, jeans, and steel-toe/composite-toe shoes required).
  • No animal or human hair on clothing.
  • Certain duties involve working with fine powders; employees must wear appropriate PPE and be willing to shave when necessary to ensure a proper mask seal in accordance with OSHA requirements. This is not a daily requirement.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • No cell phones or smartwatches permitted on the production floor.
  • No chewing tobacco, vaping, or smoking inside the building. Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are permitted only during breaks and lunch periods outside the facility.
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
Pay for Warehouse Operations Associate: Starting at $18-$19/hour.
