Job Description:

A dedicated and motivated individual to join our production team as a Production Associate. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced production staff to ensure the efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.

Pay: $20.27/hour

Shift: Days, M-Th 6am-4pm

  • Assist with various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment under the supervision of trained personnel.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the team lead.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to production processes.
  • Escalate safety & quality Incidents to Quality Assurance or Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
