Job description

OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Location: Richmond, VA
Department: Operations
Position Range: $50,000 - $60,000
OVERVIEW:
This full-time, non-exempt position supports the Operations Department through system administration and entitlement management, including NetX360 access, account and asset servicing, financial advisor transitions, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage system platform entitlements and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Process a variety of account and asset servicing transactions, including involvement in on-site financial advisor transitions
  • Run and build system platform reports as needed
  • Serve as a liaison among firm departments and vendors, including Client Services and/or PCTD, to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with co-workers to deliver solutions to support operational needs as they arise
  • Maintain records and files as required
  • Perform other responsibilities and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience required
  • Prior experience with platform access entitlements preferred
  • General understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment
  • Strong communication skills, including timely issue escalation
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to adapt to and work within a changing, moderately noisy work environment
  • Brokerage industry knowledge and experience a plus
