seeking a driven and detail-oriented Branch Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at the local level and ensure exceptional project execution and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Branch Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects

of installation scheduling, field operations, and customer experience within their branch. This

role serves as the key link between installers, customers, and internal teams—ensuring projects

are completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Schedule and coordinate kitchen installation projects

● Oversee and manage kitchen installers to ensure quality and timeliness

● Process and manage installer payroll accurately and on time

● Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

● Meet with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

● Handle and resolve customer complaints and project-related issues

● Maintain accurate records and utilize company systems for reporting and tracking

● Enforce accountability across the team, including performance management and

terminations when necessary
