Job Title: Wrap Lead

Division: Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) Reports To: OSM Production Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Wrap Lead is responsible for leading employees in the wrapping area while working alongside the crew. This position is responsible for properly wrapping and protecting completed OSM modules before they are shipped to the jobsite. The Wrap Lead ensures daily production goals are met, established quality procedures are followed, and completed modules are properly prepared for transportation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and work alongside employees in the wrapping area.
  • Assign daily work and organize employees to meet production requirements.
  • Wrap and protect completed OSM modules according to established procedures.
  • Ensure modules are protected from damage during handling, transportation, and storage.
  • Inspect modules before wrapping to identify items that need to be corrected or protected.
  • Verify modules are completely and properly wrapped before release for shipment.
  • Apply required labels, identification, and other shipping information.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure wrapping keeps pace with completed modules.
  • Follow established quality procedures and correct problems when identified.
  • Train and assist employees with proper wrapping and material-handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Loading personnel to ensure wrapped modules are ready for shipment.
  • Communicate damaged materials, missing information, or production delays to the Production Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all EZARC safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and established procedures.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead employees while working hands-on.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Must follow EZARC safety and quality procedures.
